Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Genesys Motor Guard Service Plan.

By purchasing this service plan, you agree to the following terms.

Eligibility

The service plan is applicable to vehicles that meet the criteria set forth by Genesys. This includes vehicles that are within a specified age limit, have been regularly maintained, and are compliant with manufacturer service standards. Prospective members must provide documentation to prove the eligibility of their vehicle, ensuring that only well-maintained cars are covered under this plan. It is important to review the eligibility criteria carefully to avoid any unforeseen issues when claiming benefits.

Coverage

The scope of service coverage is defined within the plan brochure and this document. This includes routine servicing at approved dealers and may extend to specific repairs as outlined in the service plan details. Members are encouraged to review the coverage section thoroughly to understand what is included. Additional services or components may be available for purchase, allowing customization of the plan to better suit individual needs. Please keep in mind that only services performed at authorized locations will be accepted for coverage.

Limitations

Services are subject to the waiting period and exclusions as specified. This waiting period typically begins on the date of the first successful payment and lasts until the coverage activates, during which time any service claims will not be honored. Additionally, certain exclusions apply, such as damages resulting from neglect, aftermarket modifications, or services that fall outside the manufacturer’s recommended intervals. It is essential to familiarize yourself with these limitations to ensure your expectations align with the coverage provided by the service plan.

Payment

A valid payment method must be maintained to keep the service plan active. This means ensuring that the payment details provided at the time of enrollment are up-to-date. In the event of a failed transaction due to expired cards or insufficient funds, the service plan may lapse, leading to a loss of coverage. Members will be notified of any issues with payments, but it is ultimately the member’s responsibility to ensure that payments are made on time to avoid disruptions in service availability and benefits.

Changes

Genesys reserves the right to update these terms at any time with notice. We commit to notifying our members through their registered contact information regarding any changes to the terms and conditions. This could include adjustments to coverage, eligibility criteria, or payment processes. It is important for members to review any updates promptly to remain informed of how such changes may impact their service plan. Transparency and communication are crucial, and we are dedicated to ensuring that our clients understand their rights and responsibilities at all times.
